Thomas Paul Haggerty, 65, of Kingston, RI, passed away in his sleep on December 2, 2024.
He leaves his wife of 28 years, Susannah H. Blood, his son, Kyle Haggerty of Wilmington, NC, and a daughter, LeeAnne Weisskopf, who now resides in Frankfurt, Germany with her husband and two year old son, Owen. He also leaves his stepson, Liam Blood, who resides in Vero Beach, FL and step-grandson who is 16 years old, also living in Vero Beach, Samuel Blood.
In addition, he leaves his siter, Dorann Hillery and two nieces, Samantha and Victoria, all residing in Exeter, RI and a brother, Paul Haggerty, residing in Attleboro, MA with two nieces, Allison and Jillian.
Thomas was a graduate of Tollgate High School in Warwick where he was captain of the football team and wore #51 jersey. He was also on the wrestling team where he won the State of RI Heavyweight Championship his senior year of high school.
He lived in Florida for over 15 years where he hired and supervised large work crews for his various employers for major oil and gas companies, installing new and replacing old underground fuel tanks throughout the State of Florida.
His funeral and burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
