Steve Frederick Jennings

Steven F. Jennings, 83, of Warwick, died peacefully at his home, on May 20, 2026. He was the son of the late Francis K. and Ethel (Smith) Jennings.

Steven was a United States Navy Veteran, a graduate of Warwick Veterans Memorial High School and went onto Rhode Island College where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree. He taught in the Warwick City School system for 26 years, before retiring.

He is survived by his partner of 54 years Edmund G. Nava, his sister Constance E. Wilbur and his nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be private and calling hours are respectfully omitted.
