Rosemarie (Giorgio) Watts

Rosemarie (Giorgio) Watts, 84, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late Norman Watts, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Giovannina “Jennie” (Germano) Giorgio.

Rosemarie worked as a Clerk for Stop and Shop Supermarket in North Kingstown. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. Rosemarie loved watching the Andy Griffith Show, Lifetime movies, and candy. She was particularly fond of her Sunday Spa Days. Rosemarie had also served as a President of the Women’s Auxiliary of the VFW Post #592.

She is survived by her beloved children, Rosemarie Miceli of Warwick, Steven Miceli (Tracy) of Cranston, Valerie Giles (Gilbert) of Warwick, and Robert Watts of Cranston, her stepchildren, Deborah Barineau (Larry) of Texas, Ronald Watts of Texas, and Gregory Watts of Kansas, her siblings, Barbara Rougas, Ronald Giorgio (Sandra), JoAnn Wendolowski, Carol Claprood, and Christine Wendolowski, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was the stepmother of the late Norman “Butch” Watts, Jr. and William “Billy” Watts and sister of the late Joseph Giorgio, Henry Giorgio, Beverly Dwyer, Anthony Giorgio, and David Giorgio.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 7:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5:00PM-7:00PM.
