Robert Grossguth Obituary

64, of Robert Street, passed away Friday at Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Conrad G. and Marie Anne (Gendron) Grossguth.

Robert was employed in the customer service industry and served in The United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Civil War buff and enjoyed creating model ships and battle scenes.

He was the beloved brother of Lucille Parent of Wisconsin, Lorraine Moore of West Warwick and Linda Grossguth-Horta of West Warwick. Loving uncle of five and great uncle of five.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation Friday from 10:00-11:00 am in THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by burial, with full military honors, in The Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to The American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886 would be appreciated.
