Richard Harold Lemieux

Richard Harold Lemieux, 74, of Coventry, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Theodore and Estelle (Bibeault) Lemieux. He was the loving husband of Susan K. (Jones) Lemieux for 51 years.

Richard proudly served in the US Navy for four years and was a Vietnam War Veteran.  Upon discharge, he continued his military service in the RI National Guard, 861st Engineer Division. Richard went on to work as the District Supervisor for A&W Restaurants and later as the Clerk for the Exeter Variety Store.

Amongst his many interests; Richard enjoyed traveling, fishing, baseball, and spending time with his closest friends and family.

Besides his wife Susan, he is survived by his beloved son Timothy Lemieux (Nicole) from Warwick.

He was predeceased by his sister Lorraine Dawson and his brothers Theodore and Daniel Lemieux.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 4, from 5:00PM-7:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be private.
