Priscilla Jane Felker

Priscilla Jane (P.J.) Felker, 74, passed away at Kent Hospital on June 24, 2026. She was the loving wife of Caroline Pippert of Warwick for 15 years. Caroline and P.J. had been together for 50 years.

P.J. was the daughter of the late Robert S. and Emily (Bragdon) Felker of Old Orchard Beach, ME. She is survived by a brother, Steve Felker, and sister-in-law, Francine Felker, of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. She was the aunt of 3 nieces, 3 great nephews, and 2 great nieces.

She was a 1970 graduate of Old Orchard Beach Maine High School and graduated from the University of Maine, Portland Gorham. She attended Andover Newton Theological Seminary for postgraduate work.

P.J. was an independent crafter. Her artistic ability to create dolls, clothes, toys, and a myriad of other art projects was amazing.

Throughout her life, she had many varied jobs. She was an Administrative Assistant for Common Cause RI, as well as participating in Craft Fairs and Bear Shows throughout New England and New York.

A memorial service will be held at the Newman Congregational Church, United church of Christ, 100 Newman Avenue, Rumford, RI, on July 11, 2026, at 11:00AM.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI.
