Phyllis Isabel (Gardiner) Campbell

Phyllis Isabel (Gardiner) Campbell, 92, of Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late Theodore C. Campbell. Born in Barrington, she was the daughter of the late Robert Malcolm and Margaret (Landry) Gardiner.

Phyllis was a devoted homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a longtime member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

She is survived by her beloved children, Glenn A. Campbell of New Hampshire and Douglas A. Campbell and his wife Cheryl of Hope Valley, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Her Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11:30AM at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Administrative Building of the Cemetery by 11:15AM to follow in procession.

Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
