Paul W. Lundblad, 84, of North Kingstown, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 17, 2025 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the loving husband of Linda D. (Spink) Lundblad. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Howard W. Lundblad and Helen G. (Altham) Lundblad.
Paul owned and operated Commerce Insurance Agency and worked in the Insurance Industry for many years until his retirement.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1966 and served in the Air National Guard.
Paul was the former Captain of the Foster Volunteer Fire Department, Past President of the Foster Town Council, member of Harmony Lodge F & AM and Mount Vernon Lodge # 4 F & AM., and a member of the First Baptist Church of North Middleboro, MA, where he served as Moderator.
Paul was a talented craftsman who built beautiful furniture for family and friends. His love of water resulted in Paul building an amazing 23’ boat that he and Linda enjoyed by sailing in Narragansett Bay.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his children, Loren P. Lundblad & his wife Christine of North Providence, Bethany J. Falero & her fiancée Roger Bourdeau of Attleboro, MA and stepchildren, Melville G. Davey, III & his wife Kirsten of East Greenwich, Bradford T. Davey & his wife Hilarie Davis of Stuart, FL, and Weston F. Davey of Troy, NY. Cherished grandfather of Ezequiel Falero, IV, Julia R. Falero, Sarah E. Davey, Joshua R. Davey, Adrien C. Poser-Davey, and the late James W. Peloquin. Great-grandfather of Gabriel J. Falero, Londynn G. Richter, & Amayah J. Martinez. He was the brother of Faith E. Mesenbourg & her husband Thomas of Cochranville, PA and the late Allan B. Lundblad.
His Memorial Service will be held at a date and time to be announced in The First Baptist Church of North Middleboro, 111 Plymouth Street, No. Middleboro, MA 02346. Burial in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors will be private.
