Patrick C. Parsons

Patrick C. Parsons, 87, of North Kingstown, died peacefully on April 25, 2026 at Heatherwood Health Care Center.  He was the husband of the late Susan C. Peterson-Parsons.  Born in Norristown, PA, he was a son of the late William H. Parsons and Catherine A. (Conway) Parsons.

Pat was employed as Foreman with the North Kingstown Highway Department for many years until his retirement.  He was a member of the URI Master Gardeners Program and member of the RI Beekeepers Association.   

He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion.

He leaves his loving children, Michael P. Parsons & his wife Debra of Madison, NH and Elizabeth A. Salisbury & her husband Jeffrey of Smyrna, ME.  Cherished grandfather of Erika Martin, James Salisbury, Sierra Parsons, Aiden Parsons, and great-grandfather of Alice Salisbury.  He was the brother of Margaret M. Ward of North Kingstown and the late Roy H. Parsons.   

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a Funeral Service to follow in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Old Narragansett Church Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to HopeHealth Hospice, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 will be appreciated.
