Patricia Ann (Zannini) Kershaw

Patricia Ann (Zannini) Kershaw, 83, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Flora Antonia (Ferretti) Zannini.

Patricia was a graduate of the St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and diligently served as a L.P.N. for over twenty-five years at Kent Hospital. She was also an active supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Patricia enjoyed gardening and loved caring for her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her partner in life, Edward J. Kershaw of West Warwick whom she married on September 5,1964, her beloved children, Pamela Beth Kershaw of West Warwick, Susan Paige Kershaw Sczuroski (Charles Jr.) of Brooklyn, CT, and Brian G. Kershaw (Karen) of West Warwick, her grandchildren, Olivia, Elle, and Jack, her niece and goddaughter, Bethany (Carnavale) Robinson.

She was the sister of the late Cynthia J. Carnavale.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11:00AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Rd, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 9:00AM-10:00AM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Interment will take place at Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick.
