Nancy Jean (Colwell) Cornwall

Nancy Jean (Colwell) Cornwall, 88, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late Dr. James B. Cornwall, D.O. Born in Johnston, she was one of five children of the late Earl C. and Jennie L. (Ford) Colwell.

Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who provided a loving home for her family. She was a member of Warwick Central Baptist Church in Apponaug. In her free time, Nancy enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing Scrabble, and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her beloved son, James B. Cornwall, Jr. (Deb) of Warwick and her granddaughter, Kaitlin A. Cornwall-Gallego.

She was the mother of the late Lisa J. Archer (Tom) of Warwick.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00AM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00AM-11:00AM. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Johnston.
