96, a homemaker formerly of Exeter, passed away Saturday at the Village at Waterman Lake. She was the wife of the late John J. Garvey. Born in Canada, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Mary E. (Wilson) Enright.
She was the beloved mother of John F. Garvey of Woodbridge, VA, Gerald T. Garvey of Crownsville, MD, Thomas J. Garvey of Saunderstown and Monica M. McElroy of Riverside. Loving grandmother of eighteen and great grandmother of forty. She was the sister of the late William, Eugene and Herman Enright, Hildegard Hammer, Ann Bergeron, Loretta Sabella, Ursula Houle, Sr. St. Josephine and Rita Tortolani.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. Bernard Church, 275 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
