Matthew Aaron Myers

Matthew Aaron Myers, 38, of Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Born in Norman, Oklahoma, he was the son of Robert A. Amato of Warwick and the late Jessica Myers Smith.

Matthew graduated from High School in Florida and attended both CCRI and the University of Rhode Island. He worked as a Commercial Fisherman.

Alongside his father Robert, he is survived by his stepmother, Roslyn E. Amato of Warwick, and his siblings, Sarah E. Amato-Benitez (Stephen) of Warwick, Caroline Smith of Florida, and Hannah R. Amato (Troy Rotondo) of Warwick.

His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6:30PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5:00PM-6:30PM.
