Martha G. (Willette) Dragon

87, of Warwick, passed away Monday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph Arthur Dragon. Born in Warren, RI, she was a daughter of the late Warren C. and Irene B. (Caron) Willette.

Mrs. Dragon was a communicant of St. Kevin Church.

She was the beloved mother of Douglas S. Eccleston of West Warwick, Cheryl A. Filipkowski of Warwick and Deborah C. Achterberg of West Warwick. Caring sister of Estelle Ferruolo, Lucille Willette and the late Lois Piela and Theresa Higginbottom. Loving grandmother of Joseph and David Filipkowski, Corey Colantuono, Tara Lee Achterberg, Douglas Eccleston, Jr. and the late Tricia Lee Eccleston. Cherished great grandmother of Cameron Hughes, David Michael Filipkowski, Jr. and Ava Marina Filipkowski.

Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:15 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Friday 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
