Marjorie V. Johnson

94, of Cranston formerly of Pontiac Village, Warwick, passed away Saturday at Miriam Hospital. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Axel R. and Selma (Anderson) Johnson.

Miss Johnson was a Secretary for Amica Insurance Co. for over 40 years until her retirement. She was a life member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Warwick and was active in church activities for many years.

She was the beloved aunt of Karen L. Kohlmeyer of Holden, Maine and Glenn M. Freden of Royalston, MA. She was the sister of the late Sigrid L. Freden.

Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00-11:00 in St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 389 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 389 Greenwich Ave., Warwick, RI 02886 would be appreciated.
