Leonard R. Drew

83, of Warwick passed away Tuesday at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Ann (Smith) Drew. They were married May 2, 1953. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Ralph L. and Annie (Priestly) Drew.

Mr. Drew was a Payroll Clerk at the Quonset Naval Air Station from 1955 until 1974. He served in The United States Navy during WW II and attended Central High School. He enjoyed gardening.

He was the beloved father of Leonard R. Drew, Jr. of Hanover, MA, Peter K. Drew of Bensalem, PA and Richard H. Drew of Durham, NC. Loving brother of Norma Secor of Warwick. Cherished grandfather of six.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 3250 Post Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park.
