June T. Spink

June T. Spink, 86, of North Kingstown, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on August 12, 2024.She was the loving wife of Stanley T. Spink, Jr.Born in Nashua, NH, she was a daughter of the late Samuel S. Spence and Grace (Jernigan) Spence.

June was a Pharmacist, Nursing Home Pharmacy Consultant, and taught at the URI School of Pharmacy.She was a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.

She was a Communicant of St. Pauls Episcopal Church, Wickford where she sang in the choir and was a member of the North Kingstown Community Chorus.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her children: David J. Tyler (Rebecca) of Richmond, RI, Marian E. Tyler ofPeace Dale, RI, Robert S. Tyler (Dawn) of LaPorte, IN, and Tammy L. Tyler (Cal) of Carolina, RI, Stacy Spink of Castro Valley CA.Cherished grandmother of Shannon Tyler, Charles Tyler (Trisha), Jessica Tyler, Adam Cape, David Tyler (Leah), Julie Lizza (TJ), Elijah Tyler (Marisa), Kelsey Tyler, Daniel Tyler, Sheridan Stewart, Shoshanna Spink, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.She was the sister of Brenda Edeington of Albuquerque, NM, Samuel Spence of Wilmont, CO, and the late Marcia Kaesberg.She was also sister to 8 half-siblings whom she loved dearly.

Her Requiem Eucharist will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. in St. Pauls Episcopal Church, 55 Main Street, Wickford.Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery.
