Judith Elaine (Carter) Cady

Judith “Judy” Elaine Cady, of Wyoming, RI, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late Dennis A. Cady.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Leora (Cave) Carter.

Judy worked as a supervisor for Verizon for Forty years before retiring in 2003. She was a member of the Red Cross, RI Chapter.

She is survived by her beloved children, Roger W. Cady (Cheryl A. Bento) of Wyoming, RI, Debra J. Hess (Todd) of Millington, Michigan, her siblings David Carter (Gail) of North Kingstown, and Susan Bessette (John) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, her grandchildren, Brenna Greaves, Kara Arnold, Heather Cady, Rochelle Sides, Riley Ruzga (Keenan), Remington Hess, and Reagan Hess, two great-grandchildren Theodore Sides, and Charlotte Ruzga, and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held graveside on June 4, 2025, at 2:00PM at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been made by THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
