Henry Francis Ferry, Jr.

Henry Francis Ferry, Jr., 85, of North Venice, FL, formerly of Cranston, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Vivian (Leclaire) Ferry and the late Jeraldine (Rezendes) Ferry. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Henry Ferry, Sr. and Vivian (Anderson) Ferry.

Henry received his Bachelor’s Degree from Tufts University and his Master’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island. He served as a Science Teacher for over fifty years in the Science Departments at Attleboro High School and Mount Saint Charles Academy. Henry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and educator, who will be greatly missed.

Alongside his wife, Vivian (Leclaire) Ferry of North Venice, FL, he is survived by his beloved children, Karyn Cerulli (Ralph) of Chula Vista, CA, Kristen Martin (Richard) of Harrisville, and Henry Ferry III (Melissa) of Westfield, NJ, his sisters, Nancy Brown of Narragansett and the late Patricia Cobb and Bette Bruckner, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

His Funeral will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 8:30AM from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Drive, Cranston. Interment will follow at Mount St. Mary Cemetery in Pawtucket.

Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
