Geraldine "Gerry" Veronica (Lowell) D'Alessio

Geraldine “Gerry” Veronica (Lowell) D’Alessio, 87, of Warwick, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. She was the wife of the late Harry D’Alessio. Born in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Ella V. (Josephson) Lowell and predeceased by her three sisters, Phyllis, Judy, Janet and three brothers, Larry, Edward, and William.

Gerry was a talented business owner who ran her own jewelry company for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt and friend. Gerry enjoyed traveling, seeing new places and spending time with her family.

She was the mother of the late Michael Lowell. She is survived by her beloved children, Frances Greene of Cranston, Frank D’Alessio and wife Barbara of Cranston, Harry D’Alessio of Cranston, Ella Furtado and husband Luis of Warwick, Janet D’Alessio of Warwick. A Mom to the late Gaetano (Guy) Bousquet. Also a mom to Margaret Manchester and husband Cliff of Vero Beach, FL, Kenneth Lowell and wife Denise of Scituate, Grandmother to the late Lucas D'Alessio and 13 beloved grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, including her nephew, Joseph Greenhalgh and wife Lisa and their son, Evan.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 12:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00AM-12:00PM. Interment will take place at Pawtuxet Memorial Park in Warwick.
