Diane Gaudreau Obituary

Diane Catherine (Balasco) Gaudreau, 84, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, with her family by her side, after a long and courageous battle with her illness. She was the loving wife of the late Gerald Gaudreau. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Concetta (Patriarca) Balasco.

Diane worked as a Credit Analyst for Hasbro Inc. before retiring. She was active in the civic social organization at Wethersfield Commons, was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and was a member of St’s. Rose and Clement Parish. Diane was the life of the party and enjoyed spending time with her family and good friends.

Diane is survived by her beloved children, Rocco DiMundo of Arizona, Kim A. Magnelli (Steven) of Barrington, and Emanuele P. DiMundo (Marina) of East Greenwich, her grandchildren, Taylor DiMundo, Zachary DiMundo, Marissa Magnelli and Lauren DiMundo, great-grandson Hudson Cirella, her brothers Felix Balasco (Pam) of Florida, and Russell Balasco (Liang) of Florida.

The family wishes to thank her caring friend Helen Lilly, and devoted friends at Wethersfield Commons.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at St’s. Rose & Clement Church at 11:00PM.

Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 9:00AM-10:00AM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, Md 21741.
