Dean Fassel Obituary

Dean Allen Fassel, 76, of Warwick, died peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Deborah (Condon) Fassel. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Edwin and Muriel May ( Brierley) Fassel.

Dean was a skilled carpenter for many years, dedicating himself to his craft with pride and precision. Outside of his work, he was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, where he shared a meanifful experiences alongside his so, David. Dean found great joy in the outdoors, especially camping, and spent many years participating in local bowling leagues. Above all, he cherished time spent dancing with his beloved wife, a pastime that brought him his greatest happiness.

Besides his devoted and loving wife, he will be sadly missed by his children, David W. Fassel (Leslie) Kerrie E. Santos (JR) and Kristal Fassel. He also leaves his brother and sisters, Dana Fassel, Jean Daigneault, Jill Silva and was the loving grandfather of Hailey Santos and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of another grandchild, who brought him great joy and anticipation.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick form 4:00PM-7:00PM with a memorial service to follow.
