David A. Morales

David A. Morales, 50 , of Harrisville, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 18, 2026.  Born in Guatemala, he was the beloved son of Edila Leiva Salguero and the late Marvin Morales.

David took great pride in working as an interior carpenter alongside his family at RJ Enterprises.  When he wasn’t on the job, he loved unwinding with video games, often getting lost in them for hours. He was also a devoted basketball and football fan who rarely missed a game and truly enjoyed following his favorite teams and players.

Besides his beloved and devoted mother, he will be sadly missed by his sister, Diana Morales of North Smithfield, and her boyfriend Daniel.  He also leaves his aunts and uncles, Robert Leiva (Esther) Rolando Leiva (Blanqui) Armando Leiva (Norma) ,Vilma Leiva (Oscar) andDina Leiva (Oscar) loving cousins, Jennifer, Josue, Wendy, Jorgito, Danny, Robert, Billy, Jamie, Geovanni, Mynor, Karina, Jorge, Lorena, Maria, Osrolan, Sharon and Andrés.

A celebration of David’s life will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Hope Generations Church, 39 Putnam Pike, Suite 5E, Johnston.  

Arrangements have been entrusted to the URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
