Cynthia M. (Ray) Roy

51, of West Warwick, passed away Wednesday at home. Born in Warwick, she was a beloved daughter of Beatrice (Lemay) Ray and the late John Ray, Jr.

Cynthia had been a waitress at several area restaurants.

She was the loving sister of Philip Ray and John Ray, III, both of West Warwick, Shirley McGuire of Coventry and the late Patricia S. Carlow-Urrico.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Pleasant Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Monday 6-8 pm.
