Carol Ann (Lancellotta) Gallucci, 87, of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Carol was born in Providence and raised in Warwick. She was the daughter of the late William and Claire (Coleman) Lancellotta. She was the loving wife of the late Raymond E. Gallucci. They were married for 64 years. She was the sister of the late William Lancellotta, Jr. and sister-in-law of Dorothy Lancellotta.
Carol is survived by her children, Raymond, Jr. and his wife Deborah, Cynthia, Robert and his wife Melanie. She was Gram to six grandchildren, Raymond III, Matthew, Robert, Jr., Natalie, Isabella and Sophia. She also has four great-grandchildren, Skylar, Reagan, Matthew, Jr. and Maddox.
Carol was a graduate of the first graduating class of Warwick Veterans Memorial High School. She worked at Providence Washington Insurance Company and later at Kent County Memorial Hospital in the Purchasing Office. She was then the bookkeeper for the family businesses.
Carol considered herself to be very lucky with a great life and was thankful to be blessed with family and many friends.
She was a member of the East Natick Veterans Association Auxiliary. She also enjoyed bowling with the girls and played tennis for many years.
Carol was a member of St. Catherine’s Church where she taught CCD. Upon its closing she became a member of St. Gregory the Great Church.
Above all, her greatest enjoyment was entertaining her family and friends all year but mostly in the summer at the pool.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 10:00AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, RI 02886. Burial immediately after at St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI.
