Carol A. Costa

of West Warwick passed away Friday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the former wife of Vincent Testa. Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Cabral) Costa.

Mrs. Costa served as a Supervisor and Driver of the Foster Grandparent Program of West Bay Community Action until her retirement. She was a member of SS John & James Parish in West Warwick. Carol was a Doll Collector and member of the Wildberry Tenants Association.

She was the beloved mother of Diane C. Colwell of Coventry. Loving grandmother of Michael V. Colwell, Cory E. Colwell and Raymond G. Colwell.

Her Funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am from THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. John The Baptist Church, 20 Washington Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday 4-7 pm.
