Alice A. (Nester) Henry

94, of Warwick, died peacefully at Venice Hospital, Florida, on Friday, January 14, 2011. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Edward V. Nester and Beda (Swanson) Nester. She was the wife of the late William R. Henry.

Mrs. Henry was a Homemaker and Communicant of All Saints Episcopal Church.

She leaves her daughter, Barbara J. Bruner and her husband Lynn of Rotonda West, FL. She was the mother of the late Paula M. Burns. Cherished grandmother of Beth Dion and her husband Gil, William Bruner and his wife Denise, Susan Farnum and her husband David, and great-grandmother of Erin and Laura Dion, Nicolas Bruner, Avery and Mia Farnum and the late Grace Farnum. Loving sister of Donald J. Nester of West Warwick and the late Edward V. Nester, Raymond F. Nester, Harold R. Nester, and Madeline Graemiger.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95) with a Requiem Eucharist at 10:00 am in All Saints Episcopal Church, 111 Greenwich Avenue, Pontiac Village, Warwick. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
