Flora M. (Chapdos) Kettell, 87, formerly of Arnolds Neck Road, Warwick passed away August 25, 2011 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Raymond G. Kettell, Sr. Born in Island Falls, Maine, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Maude (Barger) Chapdos.

She was the beloved mother of Kathleen F. Kennedy and her husband William of Cranston, Raymond G. Kettell, Jr. and his wife Kim Lymburner of Cranston and Clarence J. Kettell of Warwick. Loving grandmother of Mylisa Brett of Warwick, Ericka Lowe and her husband William of Warwick and Thomas R. Brett of Bradford, RI. Cherished great-grandmother of Daphnie and Chloe Lowe. Caring sister of Rita Smith and her husband Hiram of Methuen, MA and the late George, Simon and Lawrence Chapdos and Agnes Pelletier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Warwick. Burial followed in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
