Barbara J. (Pickles) Hull, 73, of Sharon Street, Cranston passed away Monday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Capt. Charles E. Hull. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Florence (O’Gara) Pickles.

Mrs. Hull was an Administrative Assistant for Davol, Inc. until her retirement in 1999. A communicant of Trinity Episcopal Church, she was a member of the parish quilting group and a former member of the church choir.

She was the caring step mother of Sharon A. Burr of Warwick and Susan R. Colantonio of Smithfield. Loving grandmother of four and great grandmother of seven. She was the sister of the late Gerald Pickles.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Friday from 8:00-9:00 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) followed by a Burial Office at 10:00 am in Trinity Episcopal Church, 139 Ocean Avenue, Cranston. Burial will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
