Michael A. Medeiros, 47, of Main Street, West Warwick, passed away Friday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the former husband of Mary
(Brailsford) Medeiros. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Peter and Regina (Byron) Medeiros.


Michael was a Security Guard for the R.I. Bureau of Investigation. He was previously employed as a Product Display Coordinator for HGA/Quest in Garden City; a shift manager and delivery specialist for Domino’s Pizza in Cranston; and as a driver and customer service representative for Enterprise Holdings. He had received his High School Equivalency.


He was the loving father of Lynne Brailsford of West Warwick. Caring brother of Peter Medeiros of Warren, John Medeiros of Colonial Heights, VA, Charles Medeiros, Sr. of Chesterfield, VA, George Medeiros of Pennsylvania, Bruce Medeiros of Pawtucket, Dale Medeiros of North Providence, Patricia McKay of Myrtle Beach, SC, Regina Flynn of North Providence, Denise Dulac of Warwick and Lori Bulpitt of Providence. Cherished uncle of several nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation Wednesday from 4-6 pm in THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial will be private.
