Loretta B. (Bedard) Rezendes, 76, of Wakefield Street, West Warwick passed away Thursday at Sunny View Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of Ernest P. Rezendes for 52 years. Born in Berlin, NH, she was the daughter of the late Aurel and Eva (Moffit) Bedard.

Mrs. Rezendes was a label maker for Scott Laboratory until her retirement. She enjoyed playing cards and being with her family and friends.

She was the loving mother of Ernest M. Rezendes and his wife Karen of Chepachet and Diana J. Carano and her husband Michael of Cranston. Caring sister of Leo Bedard of Wallingford, CT and Robert Bedard of Broad Brook, CT. Devoted grandmother of Jamie and Danielle Rezendes and Michaela and Kendra Carano. Cherished great-grandmother of Julianna DiPina.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 am from THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Joseph Church, 854 Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Monday 4-7 pm.
