Beverly E. (Buttle) Brandreth, 84, of Warwick, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at West View Nursing Home. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Fred Buttle and Ethel (Deacon) Buttle. She was the wife of the late James A. Brandreth.

Mrs. Brandreth worked in the Accounts Payable department for Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Co. until 1985 and was employed by the Consumer Credit Bureau of Warwick, retiring in 1995. She was a graduate of Classical High School in Providence.

She leaves her two children: Mark A. Brandreth of Warwick and Linda E. Clements of Coventry. Loving grandmother of Ryan Brandreth, Danielle Brandreth, Sheri Driscoll and great-grandmother of Cameron Driscoll and Braiden Driscoll. She was the sister of the late Kenneth Buttle and Eunice Kibbe.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 11:00 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95). Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
