Sandra J. (Austin) Stephens, 61, of Pawtucket, formerly of Warwick, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Wilbur Austin and Muriel (Briggs) Austin. She was the wife of the late William H. Stephens.

Mrs. Stephens was an office worker for RI Analytical, Inc. until her retirement.

She leaves her three children: Derek J. Stephens of Gloversville, NY, Shawn M. Stephens of Gloversville, NY, and Shalon J. Stephens of Pawtucket. Cherished grandmother of four grandchildren. She was the sister of Wayne Austin of Gloversville, NY, Robert Austin of West Greenwich, David Austin of Coventry, Michael Austin of Coventry, Cathy Matteson of West Warwick and Maureen Austin of Exeter. She was the sister of the late Randy Austin and William Austin.

Her Funeral Service was held Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 2:00 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Warwick. Burial in All Saints Cemetery will be private.
