Angelina (Marzella) Xavier, 92, of Warwick passed away Thursday at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of William J. Xavier for 67 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Nicola and Theresa (Vicca) Marzella.

Mrs. Xavier was a salesperson for Ann & Hope in Warwick for 15 years, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Warwick.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Andrew and Mario Marzella, Lena D'Urso and Adeline D’Angelo.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:00 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 3250 Post Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday 2-5 pm.
