Ina M. (Haggart) Eichenfelt, died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Robert Eichenfeldt. Born in Glasgow, Scotland a daughter of the late Joshua G. and Margaret (Munn) Haggart.

Mrs. Eichenfeldt was employed as a medical secretary in the Pathologist office of Kent Hospital from 1964 to 1974, and from 1974 to 1982 she served as a typist for the Foster Parents Plan Inc.

An Active member for many years of the Greenwood Community Church Presbyterian, she served as Deacon of the church, a member of the Womens Association of the church, and was also a member of the Friendly Mixers Square Dance Club.

Mrs. Eichenfeldt is survived by her daughter, Joan Eichenfeldt and her grandchildren Katrina R. Eichenfeldt, Karl D. Eichenfeldt, and his wife Catarina Venturini - Eichenfeldt. She was the mother of the late Donald R. Eichenfeldt and James Eichenfeldt, and sister of the late William Haggart and Magaret Keenan.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 11:00 am in the Greenwood Community Church Presbyterian, 805 Main Ave., Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick on Wednesday from 4 to7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory, to the Pastoral Fund of The Greenwood Community Church Presbyterian will be appreciated.
