Antoinetta (Folcarelli) Blade, 96, of Warwick passed away Friday at home. She was the wife of the late John E. Blade. Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Antonio Folcarelli and Domenica (Tortolano) Lautieri.

Mrs. Blade was a Machine Operator for Warwick Braid for many years until her retirement.

She was the beloved mother of Jean Wittig and her husband John, John "Jack" Blade and his wife Kathleen, and Thomas Blade and his wife Joan, all of Warwick and Arlene Blade of East Greenwich. Loving grandmother of five, great-grandmother of six and great-great grandmother of three. She was the sister of the late John Forcelli and Rose Goggin.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 10:00 am in St. Joseph Church, 854 Providence Street, West Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
