Helen R. (Ambler) Goepfert, 97, of Warwick, passed away Friday, February 1st at Sunny View Nursing Home. Born in Newport, RI, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lillian M. (Dean) Ambler. She was the wife of the late Frank A. Goepfert.

Mother of Ronald F. Goepfert of Newport, Geraldine L. Follansbee of Coventry, Deborah G. Coletta and her husband Edmond of Warwick, and Frances L. Rooney and her husband Patrick of Kalamazoo, MI. She was the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed bicycling, walking, traveling, reading, hooking rugs, and other needlework, but most of all, her loving family.

A private celebration of her life will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunny View Nursing Home Activities Fund, 83 Corona St., Warwick, RI 02886.
