Gilbert V. Lisi, 74, of Providence, died peacefully on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Providence VA Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Rosemarie (Roma) Lisi and father of the late Michael A. Lisi. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Anthony Lisi and Alicia J. (Gregoire) Lisi.

He was the step-brother of Sylvia H. Brown of North Kingstown and godfather of Joshua C. Brown of North Kingstown.

Mr. Lisi was a maintenance worker for Electric Boat until his retirement.

A private committal service was held in the Chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD.
