Richard R. Rosa, 42, of Providence passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 at home. He was the beloved husband of Christine A. Burns. Born in Providence, he was a loving son of Elsie M. (Pimental) Rosa of Providence and the late Richard R. Lioce.

Richard was a Welder and Fabricator for Mahoney Fabrication for 5 years.

He was the devoted father of Richard R. Rosa, Jr. and Jaimee R. Burns, both of Providence. Caring brother of Janice Martin and Dona A. Rosa, both of Johnston, Diane Rosa of Spring Hill, Florida and the late Edward J. Rosa.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Wednesday from 1:00-4:00 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 4:00 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial will be private.
