Barry W. Jacob, 67, of Warwick passed away Sunday at home. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen R. (York) Jacob. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Leo and Phyllis (Williams) Jacob.

Mr. Jacob was a Certified Nursing Assistant and Caregiver for the State of Rhode Island for 18 years until illness forced his retirement. He served in The United States Army and was a member of the American Legion.

He was the loving father of Dawn C. Largy, Kenneth R. Jacob and Andrea J. Jacob, all of Warwick. Cherished grandfather of five. He was the brother of the late Paula Jacob.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick. Burial, with military honors, will follow in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday 6-9 pm.
