Audrey B. (Whitman) Oliver, 97, of Wickford, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, July 23, 2012. She was the wife of the late Alfred W. Oliver. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Atwood Whitman and Audrey (Barber) Whitman.

Mrs. Oliver was the owner of Wickford Mobil Station for many years. She was a Communicant of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Wickford and served on the Altar Guild.

She leaves her four children: Dennis G. Oliver and his wife Betty of Oregon, Alfred W. Oliver, Jr. and his wife Constance of Bretton Woods, NH, Nancy J. Oliver of Wickford, and Wendy J. Bruce and her husband Robert of Hope Valley. Cherished grandmother of six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late James Whitman and Vivian Fay.

Her Funeral & Burial in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
