Russell J. Berube, 85, of Warwick passed away Monday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Judith P. (Martini) Berube. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Edward and Lea (Lizotte) Berube.

Mr. Berube was employed in Customer Relations for Narragansett Electric Co. for 45 years until his retirement. He served in The United States Marine Corps during WW II. A lifelong musician, he enjoyed playing the drums.

He was the loving father of Jeffery P. Berube and his wife Claudia of Pascoag, RI and the late Russell J. Berube, Jr. Caring brother of Edward Berube of Warwick and Gloria Vargas of Sun City, AZ. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Mia and Heather Berube.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Wednesday, April 11th, from 6-8 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95).

In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
