Judith C. Clays, 68, of Narragansett, died peacefully on Sunday, April 1, 2012. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late August P. Clays and Marguerite (Whalen) Clays.

Miss Clays was an Administrative Assistant for RI Hospital, Nationwide Insurance Co. for 25 years, and an Educator at St. Anthony School until her retirement. She was a graduate of RI College.

She leaves two brothers, Richard Clays of Narragansett, Robert Clays of NJ, three sisters, Alma Morin of Coventry, Gloria Hughes of Warwick, Patricia Siner of Narragansett, and the late Marguerite Poirier and Virginia Clays. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 9:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Ann Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
