David J. Manzi, 65, of Providence, formerly of East Greenwich, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at home. Born in Warwick, he was a beloved son of Nancy J. (Hagerty) Chapman of East Greenwich and the late Melvin R. Manzi.

Mr. Manzi had been a Draftsman and graduated with a Degree in Engineering and Drafting from the Rhode Island School of Design.

He was the loving father of Amy C. DiNaro of Cranston. Caring brother of Patrick Jim Manzi, Timothy M. Manzi, Christopher R. Manzi, Donna Steere and the late Michael P. Manzi. Cherished grandfather of Lucy, Darien and Sophia.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Mercy Church, Fourth Avenue, East Greenwich. Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
