Dorothy (Bomely) Hall, 87, of Warwick, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Clara Bomely. She was the wife of the late Rene V. Hall.

Mrs. Hall was a Nursing Assistant at Greenwood House and Pawtuxet Village until her retirement in 1986. She was a Communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church and an avid bowler.

She leaves her six beloved children: Wayne R. Hall of FL, Daniel C. Hall of West Warwick, Gregory J. Hall of North Kingstown, Clare L. Tammelleo of Cranston, Janet Hall of FL, and Anne M. Lawrence of ME. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2011 at 8:45 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick. Burial will follow in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
