Paul F. Torres, 46, of Hudson, FL, formerly of North Kingstown, died peacefully on May 6, 2010 under the care of hospice. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, he was a beloved son of the late Francis E. Torres and the late Alice (Sykes) Torres, both of North Kingstown. He was the life partner of James Kopoian, of Hudson, FL. Mr. Torres worked for Narragansett Litho for more than fifteen years and attended North Kingstown High School. He loved the outdoors, especially the beach, and sailing. He was a friend to all and will be truly missed. He is survived by two brothers, Mark P. Torres of Coventry and Eric M. Torres of Warwick, and a sister, Johanna Ubben of New Milford, CT. He was the brother of the late David Torres. He leaves three nieces, Alyssa, Michelle, and Tiffany; and four nephews, Joshua, Chandler, Thomas, and Andrew. His funeral was held on May 10, 2010 from THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernard's Church, Wickford.
