Doris E. (Dyson) Rafferty, 90, of Kirby Avenue, Warwick passed away Sunday at Brentwood Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Edward Rafferty. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Edgar A. and Ann E. (Fox) Dyson. Mrs. Rafferty enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She was the beloved mother of Laureen A. Whitten and Jane E. Potter and her husband Warren, all of Warwick and David A. Rafferty and his wife Roxanne of Newburyport, MA. Loving grandmother of seven. Cherished great grandmother of eight. Her funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to Disabled American Veterans, 380 Westminster St., Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated.
