Julia (Carsetti) Muratore, 98, of Warwick, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Kent Hospital.

Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Domenic Carsetti and Christine (Palazzo) Carsetti. She was the wife of the late Joseph Muratore.

Mrs. Muratore was a Receptionist for Joseph Samuel Dental Clinic. She was a member of the Natick Senior Society, West Warwick Senior Citizens, and RSVP Volunteer.

She leaves her son, Michael F. Muratore and his wife Helen of Encinitas, CA. She was the mother of the late Josephine Sinapi.

She was predeceased by her two sisters and six brothers. She was the loving grandmother of Alexis Smith, Andrew, Richard and Joseph Sinapi, Michael Muratore, Michelle Thibeault, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 8:45 am from THE PRATA-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Gregory The Great Church, 360 Cowesett Avenue, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
