Anna (DiOrio) Marchetti, 93, formerly of Aurora Drive, Warwick, died Sunday at Sunny View Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Marchetti. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Giro and Ferdinand (Pitassi) DiOrio. Mrs. Marchetti was a Seamstress for the Shephard Co. for 40 years until her retirement. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ralph DiOrio, Frank Dorio, Carmela Germani and Josephine Lebeau. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick. Entombment will follow in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum of St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday 8:00-9:00 am. Kindly omit flowers.
