Richard C. Lennerton, 78, of North Kingstown, died peacefully at Kent Hospital on July 1, 2010. Born in Boston, he was a son of the late Stanley Lennerton and Alice M. (Steele) Lennerton. He was the loving husband of Ida D. (Ciccarello) Lennerton. Mr. Lennerton was a Corporate Marketer for the Oil Industry until his retirement. He was a member of Thomas Talbot Lodge AF & AM of Billerica, MA for many years. Beside his wife, he leaves a daughter, Cheryl L. Wissler and her husband Gregory of Windham, ME. He was the grandfather of Andrew D. Wissler of Windham, ME, and Sarah M. Wissler, of Portland, ME. He was the brother of the late Gladys White and George Lennerton. A private graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Glenwood Cemetery, East Greenwich. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
